Adopt A Planter Program
The Salem Beautification Committee is pleased to give the public an opportunity to purchase flower planters for historic downtown Salem through the Adopt A Planter program. The Salem Beautification Committee will purchase the flowers and plant them in May.
As a thank you, a marker with the donor’s name will be placed in each planter. The donor may also add a message in honor of, or in memory of an organization or a loved one.
- Extra Small Planters $35.00
- Small and Tall Planters $50.00
- Large Planters $75.00
Monetary Donation for Maintenance and Watering.
To reserve a planter, call the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce 330-337-3473.
Make checks payable to: Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. Please designate on the check memo the size of the planter.

Golf Scramble 2025
The Al Cleveland Memorial Golf Outing is here again. It is a golf scramble event. Monday, June 9th 2025. Registration is at 9 AM.
Event held at Salem Hills Golf & Country Club.
